    Works well. The one flaw is the burner doesn't keep it warm as long asvyou want it.

    It's a cool coffee maker. Makes k cups or a full pot, which is great depending on if I'm going to be home all day or just want a cup as I run out. No problems so far.

    Coffee is not as hot in the stainless steel pot but other than that it’s a good coffee machine

    Carafe keeps coffee hot for a long time, I prefer it to the heated burner in most models. Both the pot and the one-cup side work as expected. It's a good value for the price. I like it.

    I had this coffee pot and it broke so I had to rebuy it and I had to look everywhere for it you were the only ones that had it I totally love this

    I really love this coffee maker, the fact that I can brew 10 cups or just one single serve is great, coffee tastes great better than the other coffee maker I had

    I’m only rating this a 3 because the carafe side does not keep the coffee hot . That was the purpose for me buying it. Tried to get rid of extra electronics nice in the kitchen . But it does make coffee or tea fast. . The kruieg works great.

    I am not really happy with product. When I fill water on Carafe side it does not all brew. It keeps about 4 cups in reservoir. It also flash's clean every time. From the first pot we ran. singe cup side works great.

    Better than the Keurig 2.0 Carafe Coffee maker which holds 4-5 cups max while this holds 8-10 cups

    I got rid of the Keurig and bought this machine I love the fact that it will brew a 12 ounce cup of coffee and it gives me the convenience of cooking a pot or a single cup. Best Buy also had the best price when I got it on sale
