I purchased this coffee maker to replace my Keurig I’d had for some time now. I’d grown tired of always having to use K-Cups while I was home, and was honestly enjoying the fresh brewed coffee from a $20 Mr Coffee coffee maker I picked up on a Black Friday sale that I decided to take to work rather than use it at home. I didn’t want to give up being able to use K-Cups. My wife & kids still enjoy using the hot chocolate cups and green tea cups here and there. This coffee maker is the best of the two. You can easily use K-Cups or make single serve coffee with the accessories this maker comes with. Easy to clean, brews a great pot of coffee to boot. Also has a “strong” brew option on the carafe side, strong brew option not available on single serve side. I’m about 25 pots in and every one has been great. Hard to beat for the price!

I really like the versatility to this coffee maker you can make a large pot or a single cup all in the same unit you can use coffee grinds or you can use K cups again I really like having these options all in one system The buttons are self explanatory no over thinking it. My parents love it.

Just what I was looking for, 2 in 1 coffee maker. Carafe side for the weekends when I’m home and K-Cups side for weekdays when I’m on the run.

This is the perfect coffee maker I ever bought, when I’m in rush I can make the single one and when I have guests I can make the regular coffee, it’s perfect thank you.

Stepped into the future with this $80 coffee maker that has so far exceeded every expectation. This was indeed a best buy.

I love this coffee maker because I only need one with this FlexBrew coffee maker instead of having two different ones: one for single cups and one for a whole carafe. It brews a little slower than my other full carafe coffee maker, but I like it more because of the two ways you can brew your coffee.

I love the fact that you can make a pot of coffee or use the single cup.

brand new... but mising the warming plates , the box is sealing brand new what can I do?

Have 1 complaint which has nothing to do with the actual appliance. The box came to me with a hole in it and the lid for the single serve is cracked. Didn't return it due to Covid19. Coffee maker is working fine though.

Love that they updated the flexbrew with separate reservoirs for single and pot. Much better design and functionality.

Love the K-Cup and regular sized brew dual style. Very convient for the family!

I like how they separate the water from whole pot to single cut. Coffee maker is very quiet.

Purchased this product in August 2017 thinking I could combine my Keurig and my coffee pot into one unit. I've used a Keurig for years with no issues. Anyway, I've already replaced this unit once and the second unit stared doing the same thing on the third single brew (see photo). I cleaned the unit as recommended and the unit still does the same thing over and over. I never had to take apart my Keurig and clean it, I only had to run the cleaner or vinegar through it periodically. Do not purchase this unit if you plan to use it for single brew.

I had a Keurig (big one) and this one is not as fast as the keurig, but is really good. This one has the big "jar" for when there's more people, its very convenient, it looks and works really good. The down parts is that for the K-cups/ personal serve, you would have to put the exact amount of water on the disposal because it will make all the water unless you click to stop and it takes too long, but the good thing is it comes up to be very hot. If going to decide, I chose this over buying another Keurig, truly recommend.

I’ve been going through a lot of coffee makers this year. I just couldn’t find the right one and now I’ve found it. It has everything I could want. The single serve side gives you the option of using kcups or use your own coffee. The carafe side is a nice 12 cup size for more! This sounds trivial but it’s important. The carafe pours smoothly. You don’t understand how important this is until you have one that always spills when you pour it. I also like that the opening is big enough for me to put my hand inside to clean it. The only things I would have liked would be it to make hotter coffee and to offer the option of a thermal carafe.

I don’t often need to make a full pot of coffee, but it's very nice to have the option to brew full pots and K Cups with the same machine. Handles K Cups flawlessly, and the K Cup replacement device for brewing single cups of coffee is less messy than the device that came with our old Keurig machine Having to add fresh water for each K cup as you brew is only a minor annoyance, and the water is fresh for each cup. Since my wife and I have different preferences for brew strength, it's nice to have the BOLD option. The price was excellent. More features than a Keurig machine for considerably less money.

We have owned three of these for the last 5 or so years so expected life with daily use is about 2 years. The first generation models were for the first two and now this newest model. The improvements on this one are very good including a standard "socket" for the coffee pod along with a raised pad to set your cup on. No longer have to stack coffee cup lids to raise the cup so that coffee pouring in doesn't splash around. The original model also required you to push the pod into the socket manually before getting things started and resulted in some pods thrown away due to difficulties doing so. This model just does it all for you. Once again you can make one cup or switch to the pot. The one star deleted is for the noise this thing makes when near the end of the brew cycle. The whole machine rattles for about 15 seconds and it's noticeable. We are not fond of that but love everything else about this machine.

This coffee maker was to replace a Cuisinart coffee maker. The problem with the Cuisinart coffee maker were: a small unreadable display, push button that were small and had intermittent contacts, and a carafe that leaked out the sides and cause dripping everywhere. This Hamilton Beach is everything the other is not. The display is large and readable, the program are large switches, and the carafe only pours out of the spout. It also has a right side brewer for tea or individual pods. It is well worth the price because it is lower than other brands that offer the same product.

I purchased the "Hamilton Beach - FlexBrew 12-Cup Coffee Maker - Black" to replace my old Hamilton Beach coffee maker. I had my eye on this updated version but waited for it to go on sale. I love this coffee maker. It makes a hot, great tasting cup or pot of coffee. If using the carafe, it automatically shuts off after 2 hours. I like the option of making a full carafe when I have guests, or making a single serve when I just want a cup. It uses Kcups or you can use ground coffee for single serve. I highly recommend this coffee maker.
