I had the original coffeemaker and really liked it. I am happy with the upgraded one. The single use side is more easier to use than the old one. I it is a great looking coffeemaker too.

Second FlexBrew we have purchased. Very easy to use and makes a great pot of coffee. Like the option to use the pods.

Makes great coffee both ways. A little larger than I expected but so easy to operate.

It seems temperamental when using the kcup side. And makes a good amount of noise when it does work. I have no problems when just making a pot of coffee.

The coffee maker is very good, however, it arrived with a cracked carafe. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to either return the entire coffee maker to a store, or ship it back for a replacement. I only wanted to replace the carafe. I live an hour away from the closest store, and do not have easy access to shipping. Also, I needed a coffee maker and the K-cup side was working fine. I ended up having to purchase a new carafe directly from Hamilton Beach. The machine is great. Customer service was not so great about replacing the cracked carafe.

Love this versatile coffee pot. Can brew a pot or a single cup of ground coffee. Also great for k-cups.

It works wonderfully. The convenience of having both options is fantastic.

I love this coffee maker! I use the carafe to make a pot of coffee everyday before work. I set the delay brew and I have fresh coffee when I get up. Late afternoon I make a K-cup, and when I had to drive a couple of hours on a trip, I filled up my travel mug with my favorite coffee and enjoyed my trip. I would buy this coffee maker again in a heartbeat. In fact, I got a similar one for my sister. She just didn't want the K-cup feature. Both versions are great!

Good working machine. Only drawback is the temperature of beverages. Have to reaheat my beverage. Love the dual abilities.

Really happy with yhis coffee maker. Looks nice. Love the single cup feature. It included pod holder and drip coffee pod. It did not include a folter basket, which it should have for the price. Other than that, a really nice coffee maker.

I had bought the older model of this coffee pot 4 years ago and my wife and I loved it. We decided to upgrade (our old one still works just fine) and we like this one even more. Brews a pot of coffee with cold water in about 12 minutes or hot water in about 8 mins. We love this model because of the water reservoir for the single serve, the old one you had to fill your cup up with how much water you wanted to brew with. This one holds quite a bit of water so we can brew multiple single cups off it. The single serve brews in about 1 min. Very pleased with our purchase!

This is great. Works well, love being able to brew a single cup that is ready by the time I can get the filter and coffee set up for the carafe. Can't run both at same time, but works out very well. So I'm sipping coffee while the pot is brewing.

Love this coffee pot,had the other flex brew,lasted several years. This is better because you can remove and clean the water compartment for single serve.

Removable reservoir for the K-cup side is the best! Adjustable sizes for K-cup cups is terrific. Lid over the carafe side opens too tall for cabinets above but other than that this is a great coffee maker.

I love it , just had a hitch in the road getting it.
