    Bought this for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it . It’s fast and easy to use . She also really likes that she can make tea with it also .

    I love coffee and for that reason, I had to return this product. Long story short, they claim the coffee comes out at the perfect drinking temperature - what they really mean is lukewarm. I've tried to like this machine, but you have to microwave the cup after it pours to get it to a hor temperature. Overqll, it does the job, but at this proce point I expect better. I returned this and bought the keriug duo essentials for cheaper, it makes way better coffee.

    This made good tasting coffee in both the carafe and cup sides. Some mechanical problems with the Kip side only brewing 3 of the 12 ounces, false “H2O filll” alerts and hard to Open latch for K-cup dispenser

    I do not like this coffee maker. Number one the coffee doesn’t really taste good. I’ve tried every brand I can think of. Number two the only way to measure for the car the water is to shine a flashlight down and it because I’ve got it inside in black like steps. I wish I had returned it before it was too late. I hate it.

    I like this coffee maker, however, giving 3 stars because the water holder for the single cup, after use doesnt stay in place and any extra water runs out on the counter.
