Very Pleased works good i would recommend to anyone

I love coffee and for that reason, I had to return this product. Long story short, they claim the coffee comes out at the perfect drinking temperature - what they really mean is lukewarm. I've tried to like this machine, but you have to microwave the cup after it pours to get it to a hor temperature. Overqll, it does the job, but at this proce point I expect better. I returned this and bought the keriug duo essentials for cheaper, it makes way better coffee.

I do not like this coffee maker. Number one the coffee doesn’t really taste good. I’ve tried every brand I can think of. Number two the only way to measure for the car the water is to shine a flashlight down and it because I’ve got it inside in black like steps. I wish I had returned it before it was too late. I hate it.

Works well. I do not like that it doesn't have a water level window for the carafe.

Great gift idea. Glad Hamilton Beach is still producing this same model. My family member has had one for 6 years.

piece of junk. get a paperclip you'll need it often to clear coffee grounds from k cup water injection needle

I really like this coffeemaker but the one before quit working and wasn't that old. I love the two choices

I like this coffee maker, however, giving 3 stars because the water holder for the single cup, after use doesnt stay in place and any extra water runs out on the counter.

Excellent Machine with great price for coffee lovers

I bought the first Flexbrew model 49976 06/20/2020 and bought the 2 year BestBuy warranty thankfully. I had to get a replacement on 04/23/2022 with model 49902 and decided against the 2 year warranty. Big mistake as the single cup part of machines gets stopped up after cleaning the needle after evry 2nd cup...what a pain. Then my wife went to remove the decanter from the pot and all the pieces for stop and pour went flying. I cant even find the pieces. I would nevr buy another Hamilton Beach Flexbrew. Oh yeah I bought my son a Flexbrew also around 06/20/2020 and his didnt last 6 months...Total gabage.

So disappointed. There is a terrible plastic/chemical taste to every cup I've made, regardless of which method. I washed all of the removable components and ran multiple water only cycles and it doesn't improve the taste.
