    Had no real problems with the flex brew for about 2 years. Then 1 day the k-cup side started leaking from the bottom on rare occasions. Then 6 months later the k-cup side stopped heating. Overall not a bad machine. I have bought 2 in 5 years.

    attractive machine but the coffee is NOT HOT. I have to add boiling water to the coffee after it brews, both single serve and in the pot.

    Absolute garbage. Not even 2 months old and quit working. Contacted customer service only to be told the following: For optimal performance, both needles should be cleaned after every use. Please ensure the unit is flushed with water before adding the needles back to the appliance. Who cleans a coffee maker after every K cup use with a suggested paper clip no less!? But they were kind enough to let me know they welcome my design suggestions. Awful product and even worse customer no service.

    Had this for a little over a year. The labels on the buttons wore off and the burner turned rusty. I would not buy this unit again.
