We chose this model because of the glass blending jar which is nice and heavy. However, the lid is somewhat difficult to take off. That is the only negative point for this blender. If the jar is full of liquid, the lid must be removed carefully because it fits very tightly and in an attempt to take it off one may cause spills. The blender comes with a nice food processor attachment. It is rather small but a nice add on.

This blender is quick and nimble with my fruits and veggies for smoothies. I'm sure it will be just as efficient in chopping/and puree processing for salsa and other dishes. The lid is snug. Cleanup is easy.

As of now, I can only review the Hamilton 2-Speed Blender/Chopper on my experience with making smoothies. It is powerful enough to chop the ice and completely blend all ingredients into a perfect smoothie in no time flat.

I have always liked hamilton beach products and this one works well too. It has both modes for blending and chopping with separate container which are easy to use and hygiene. Both modes work quite well so far.

Was looking for a blender mainly to make smoothies and also my food processor was broke so I decided to go with this multi use blender. It is very nice durable glass. Easy to clean and great for making smoothies.

Blades are small.. you have to put items in blender in smalls pieces for it to blend smoothly. Other than that it works wonderfully.

Multi-speed options as well as dual purpose (blending and chopping) make this blender a great value especially as such a low price. Highly recommended.

This was a gift to a friend with several small children. She loves it and is able to make different treats for her family. She also uses it to chop for cooking. Makes cooking easier.

I though having 750W power, it will be of real use, but its output is same as nutribullet or similar. not impressed. pretty average.

Since moing into an apartment from a house, i find space to be a premium. I like that this is both a blender and a chopper. 2 in 1. Perfect for me.
