Broke Quickly With No Reasonable Way To Get Repair

Contacted best buy and was told since the warranty was up they couldnt do anything then contacted manufacturer and they said only way to get it repaired was to pay shipping to and from for $20 both ways. Not worth it. Going a different route. Though this crock pot was going to be great because of the reviews and got a dud.
