I use this crackpot to cook almost everything I love it and the thermometer makes it easier.

My new slow cooker is lovely to look at and makes wonderful meals. So happy with my choice.

We've used this unit three times with great results. For Thanksgiving we cooked a turkey breast (in addition to our oven-roasted bird) in it and transferred it to the oven for browning. Perfect. We like all the features except the lock-down system for the lid. It is awkward and very difficult to latch, which is not a problem for cooking, but it is for storage or transport (which we're not likely to do).

This is my third slow cooker and the very best so far. I have tried both the manual and automatic settings; both work very well and the results were exactly as advertised! The dilemma is that I have tried so many recipes successfully, frozen the results in individual and family-sized portions, I've run out of freezer space and might be forced to get a larger freezer!
