    Very user friendly. Great size for a roast or a party size meatball plater. Cooks a little slower than I wanted but definitely gets the job done.

    I am not at home a lot and love all the automated features, especially the meat thermometer. Only drawback is that it's large and heavy, so not easy to move and store.

    Could have just been bad luck, but the buttons didn't work on the one we bought. Some did, some didn't…could have just been busted in transit or something, but kind of a bummer to not have a working crockpot out of the box. Returned with no drama, but still…can't use it.
