    This crock pot is great. Way better than what I had. This seals very well so the food stays moist. The heat on a timer (or probe) then going to the warming setting is really nice for when I am at work all day.

    bought to replace a slow cooker which cracked after many years. The HB slow cooker has done an excellent job from roast to beans. Bought after reading reviews from several sites. Well pleased with the purchase.

    Me and the girlfriend made some real good pot roast the other day, meat came out perfect! Really easy to setup and program the timers!

    I debated back and forth between the Hamilton Beach and Crockpot brand slowcookers, and I ultimately ended up with this one. Temperature monitoring is the key to perfect meat (which is why I more often use a sous vide cooker). It's a good, simple design, holds a lot of food, and feels like it will hold up to years of abuse.

    I like the fact that you can program the slow cooker and not check it constantly. I won't buy another slow cooker, if it's not programmable.

    Sadly I broke my old one just like this one and had to buy a replacement exactly like it! I love the locking lid and the ability to manually program or to auto cook. LOVE this crockpot!!
