It only worked 4 months for me

It was working fine for 4 month, but suddenly stopped working. I asked Bestbuy for warranty, but the vendor (Hamilton Beach) doesn't give them permission to provide service. The shipment cost to send to and receive from manufacturer would be around the price of product, so buy GeekSquad protection on it, or simply forget Hamilton Beach.
