Snail mail only took 1 day!!!!!

Was surprised to get a notice that the free delivery offered in connection with Black Friday purchases would be accelerated, and I would receive sooner a product of which I was much in need for present project. Best Buy is to be commended for its efficiency. One drawback. My purchase did not cost the equivalent of the gift certificate I used for it. However, to this day, I have not received an accounting of the purchase, any change left over, or how that change might be accessed. Poor business practice!
