The qeek squad was able to quickly transfer my files off my laptop that was overheating and not turning on long enough for me to transfer to my new computer. The charge was well worth the stress free and extra time saving of knowing it was done by professionals

The battery on my Samsung 2 in 1 went bad. They helped me order the correct battery and when it came in they installed it. Was easy and didn't take long. Would have them do more work for me in the future.

I purchased a new HP laptop, but it came with a slow 1TB mechanical hard drive. I found a PNY 240gb Solid State Drive on sale, and had the Geek Squad install it. I could have done the install, but since I'm not HP certified, it would have VOIDED my HP hardware warranty.
