I needed help installing a new SSD in my MacBook Pro. I made an appointment, and Geek Squad did this for me while I waited. They even put my old drive into an enclosure for me and gave some pointers for copying the data (which I did at home). Overall, a great value!

I needed a memory chip added to my computer. They did the install while I waited. Awesome service!

They were nice and got it done faster than they planned but they didn't know I was coming, even though I set up an "appointment" with them that morning. I had them install new storage on my laptop and to avoid a backup fee, I instructed them to wipe the laptop and update the operating system...Well, they did install the new storage but now I have two operating systems installed. One old operating system that is wiped and connected to the new storage (what I asked for) and a new operating system connected to the old storage and setting. I have no clue how they managed that and I don't want to take it back for fear of having to pay another $100 to get it fixed, the laptop isn't worth that much. They did what I asked (kind of) but get a quote in the store...not online or on the phone. I did both (phone and online) and I still ended up paying $100 more than what I was quoted. Plus, the quote I got online and on the phone said it would take maybe an hour...it took 12 hours. Not a huge deal but I was told twice, I could drop off the laptop and then pick it up in 1-2 hours. All in all, it was fine but I won't be back...it'll be easier to just buy a new computer.

I took my computer to a local repair guy and was told that my computer could not be repaired, I then took it to the Geek Squad and they repaired it for me in a couple of days no problems!

I had the geek squad install a new hard drive on my MacBook Pro 15' inch. They were friendly and knowledgeable and the install time was quick. So, quick that I wanted in the store for the install to be completed. Would recommend customer give them a try.

My desktop would not power up. I tried everything I could think of. I finally got on the Best Buy website and booked an appointment with Geek Squad. Very smart move on my part. I got right in (same day), and the Geek Squaders were on it in a flash.

I had time constraints because I was out of town but they were able to schedule an agreeable appointment time, addressed the issue when agreed to, and the fix solved my computer's issue. They met my needs and performed as promised. THANKS!

The agent upgraded my PC with a new NVME SSD in a very professional and expedient space of time. I have plans for more upgrades and would not hesitate to use them again.
