I am more than pleased with the sound quality of this speaker. Harman Kardon has a good product, but this is my first purchase of their products and definitely won’t be my last purchase of their product.

They can be used separately or together for incredible sound. This pair was on sale when I purchased them. It was a sweet buy.

I own Go Play 2 also, which I really love and thought it was impossible to beat in term of sound quality for portable bluetooth speakers until I got this one. I just can't believe you can get it for $200! It's perfect all around, the materials, the sound, the look, it's a really premium product no doubt. Sound is very subjective from person to person and I'm not an average music nerd,

A total shame since it had great sound quality, solid bass and was too loud for my small apartment. It's also a super heavy, bulky and not water resistant at all so it's mostly an indoor speaker and unless the weather is really nice outside. Also, it doesn't turn itself off and will drain the battery immediately even if it's not being used after a certain amount of time. I suppose this is a plus for some people, but it's not for me. Make sure you get the two year extended warranty if you're going to get this one.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your HK Go + Play. If the power/battery light indicator is OFF, power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. Next, use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. If the power/battery light indicator is ON, the charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 2 amps or higher.
