I bought Harman Kardon Opened Box in Excellent Conditioned to use in our coming family reunion. The thing is that when i try and test it a day before the family reunion which is Friday, there is no power and its not working. I brought it back to Best Buy Store for checking and guide me to operate it maybe i missed something how to operate it. Upon checking by Best Buy Geek Squad, tech person told me to return it. Store associate told me they will replace it with the same open box in excellent condition but i need to wait for another week for delivery. Now, i returned the item and instead i bought a Brand New Harman Kardon Go + Play. The thing is delivery will be Monday 2 days passed the Saturday Family party. The party experienced without music entertainment and instead visitors only watch Netflix on TV. Now my suggestion to Best Buy is that all Opened Box Merchandise Items they sell must undergo rigid Quality Check prior to packing and delivery to avoid hustle to valued customers.

Truly the best bluetooth speaker I’ve owned, and ive had quite a few of them. Got it for a good discount on an open box deal. One of the best purchases this year.

description clearly says up to 8 hours of play time, ive charged this more times than i have charged my phone and i only use this thing like 1 1/2 hours MAYBE 2 hours continuously playing music or watching a tv show on my lunch break in my car as my radio went out and i was waiting for a bonus to come through from my work to buy a new radio, and i wouldve sold this for cheap to a buddy but i dont want to sell him something that i am not even getting to enjoy 7 DAYS into ownership, i will not be exchanging this unit ill be making a full return and ill buy my new aftermarket radio with the money i get from the return plus some,

I have Harman Kardon before but this the Go+Play did not last. Power died after 2 months of use, ill return this and see what they will honor.

This model is no longer on the Harman Kardon website. I believe this model is 8-10 years old. The entire design has been replaced by the Go+Play3 but that new model costs $350. The sound of this model is pretty good overall but the music is colored somewhat, with music sounding as though there's a bit of reverb built in and sounds just a bit like from a cave. I'm a very fussy audiophile, and I regret this model isn't for me. But that said, it is a full stereo model whereas most Bluetooth speakers are Mono. There's no app for EQ and the newer one doesn't either. Best Buy only has 1-2 items of this model available at this time, and very likely won't get more because it is obsolete. But all this said, I like that you can move it around which you can't with Klipsch One Plus and Three Plus. And those models need the Klipsch app to turn off which is a nuisance. To summarize, you just might really like this stereo speaker at this closeout price of $200.

Perfect if you want a simple product where all of the engineering dollars went to sound quality. It doesn't have a bunch of features and nonsense. It's just a simple, sleek blue tooth speaker with top notch sound quality and no gimmicks.

This Bluetooth speaker has an amazing sound. It was super easy to pair to my record player! Would definitely recommend!
