Poor understanding d/t poor communication

1st guy came did not bring the proper tools

No service performed

I am throughly agitated by all the hassle to try and get answers from Bestbuy

Not happy this time

Doesn't maintain programing

Doesn't seem to maintain the previously programmed functions. Difficult to navigate. Would highly recommend a voice activated feature. Understand that this model was discontinued. I'm glad!

Awful! 2 techs couldn’t

They didn’t show me how to set it up for anything. When they left I tried both of them out and they were completely screwed up programming. They still aren’t set up

Remote control stand

After several days we have no remote and have to watch one TV station. We cannot move cabinet. No Geeks available this weekend? Also, there is no one in store we can speak with.

Nothing but trouble.

Have to use the help mode way too often. Have waisted a lot of time with this device. Difficult to get to smart TV mode. I now want to use the remotes that came with TV.

After two visits it still doesn't work and they have stopped contacting me about when this simple process will be fixed.
