I wouldn’t recommend this remote to anyone

I have had problems with this remote since I bought it and even had the Geek Squad out to check it out two weeks later it’s doing the same thing.

Posted .With as often as we use our remote controls daily, I can imagine how disappointed I would be with an ongoing issue with mine. Our team at 1-800 GEEKSQUAD (800-433-5778) would be happy to explore options to make that repair experience right for you.

Did not receive any paper work to contact them for help

Remote not programmed properly.

I called three times and was told I would be getting a call back and I'm still waiting. What an awful experience!!!

Couldn't Program

He left me his cell # in case I had a problem. I have called him twice and texted and have not gotten a reply. Very disappointed and its disappointing.

Did not like the harmony

This is the second harmony that we have had over the years and saw no improvement from the first purchase many many years ago.

3rd party guy sent out (not geek squad truck)
