Harmony remote control not programmed correctly

stopped working after 10 days

Could have been much better

He in no way showed my dad how to program the remote himself and did not program all the features. He also set up the Logitech account using a fake email address so that my dad could not log in to make changes. As a result my dad had to call Logitech and have their customer service walk him through set up so he could get the channel up/down buttons to work. Total waste of money.

Not if you want to use a DVD.
