I got this for kids age 5 to 11. They really enjoy playing different music. I bought the large additional music cards too. I tried to play the game once and I didn't fully understand how to play. Product is super fun in the freestyle mode. Probably not worth full price, but definitely worth getting on sale.

Part card game,part music mixing application. However you classify dropmix there's no denying it is pure fun.

DropMix is fantastic. It is a very fun game that should have been made way sooner. The game is constantly proving to be more intelligent than I could have imagined. The integration with phone/tablets/bluetooth sound systems/and even TVs is fantastic. Buy all of the expansion packs (including those exclusive to other stores like Toys'R'Us and Target).

I first saw this game last Xmas season and couldn't help thinking that it was just stupid....until I started to play with the demo device in the store. Then, and only then, did I really get it...but at the time it was listed at full retail price, 100. WAYYYYYY too pricey. Then it went on sale and I went ahead and got it. My kids and I can't stop playing with it. The gaming mode is fun enough in and of itself but the creative options available with just the free-play mode is just incredible. You can lose yourself in this game for hours at a time. For the money, for any music lover out there with failed aspirations to be a DJ of any sort, this game is a must. I just hope that Harmonix keeps up with the card packs and new ones are made rather sooner than later.

Had a lot of fun with the various modes. System was intuitive and easy to learn and the use of the cards were instantaneous. It was a little hard to find the expansion sets but with little effort I was able to find the information on sets I wanted. Great game for kids and adults.

Painfully addicted to this game. The music mixing is great and the interactive gameplay is highly addictive. I recommend expanding the starter deck to include at least season 1 and season 2 to get the best experience. (Or go crazy and buy all 300 of Season 1 cards)

This is a great gift for the music lover who wants to mix songs and share with friends.

My kids enjoy being little DJs and mixing loops and beats. It's kind of fun to see what they come up with. They are below the recommended age, so they aren't really playing the games this is designed for, but they certainly can spend an hour+ "making music".

I'm a youth pastor and this was a huge hit with the youth group for our super bowl party. Works really well, extremely entertaining but unfortunately the business model of hasbro regarding this is tad of a money grab because you have to buy so many expansions

This game is a ridiculous amount of fun. The mixes are done seamlessly, and I'm always amazed at how well the song parts mesh. There's a competitive mode for 2-4 people and a team high score mode for playing together. Great drinking game.

Love the idea and concept of this game. Easy and fun for all ages. The kids especially love freestyle mode and creating their own mixes. Great deal if you can still find one since it seems like they're on clearance now.

Dropmix is an awesome music game that you can play by yourself or with others. It's pretty easy to setup with your mobile device and it sounds great when connected to a true stereo system. Lots of fun and lots of good tracks!

Bought this for my 11 year old last minute when what I wanted to get him for Christmas fell through. Wow! Now he thinks he's a DJ. He's on it all the time. He creates different mash ups and saves them to listen to later.

The concept behind DropMix is really quite unique. The game plays well with a group of friends or solo. I wish the expansions were a bit cheaper and it didn't work with my iPhone X, had to use the ipad.

I knew everything I could read about it before it was released, but was still a bit hesitant because of the high price of entry. I still think it's a bit expensive for the initial pack but not terribly so. My wife and I play the clash mode very often, which is great because she had zero interest in the game before watching me mess with it. I don't play with freestyle a whole lot, but it's fun when I do. The only downside though is the additional card packs. They're not exactly cheap, and sometimes they're hard to find. I've easily spent double the purchase price on all of the series 1-4 cards, as well as a couple of playlists. Still having fun though, still worth it! If you can grab it on sale and enjoy music I'd definitely recommend it!
