I normally buy Samsung and LG Electronics and appliances, but my wife had purchased this television a year ago and we love it… I decided to purchase another for my kids room. Setup was easy! The stands come with the screws and the remote comes with batteries, so it’s basically plug and play. Will purchase a 3rd soon for my other child’s room!

Bought this as a baby shower gift and the mother absolutely loved it. She said that it has a bunch of cool features and she really enjoys using it for the baby all the time. She even thought about buying another one for other rooms.

Youll need the app and set up can be annoying - like hatch isn’t compatible with wifi passwords with forward and back slashes. But if thats not you then this pretty seamless.

Absolutely phenomenal product. Took our 1 hour long bedtime scene and flipped it to 5 minutes. Hug kiss pray goodnight. Bam. Hatch nailed it. Daughter sleeps by herself, and falls asleep by her self now. A true godsend. Awesome product.

I like this product other than it’s technical issues. Wanted some video reviews on it and it’s easy to use. Has ok sounds recorded. We don’t use the pay-for features yet but may with an older child. I LOVE that I can move it easily from room to room without plugging/unplugging. I don’t love that it randomly turns off sometimes when removed from the base, it tells me daily that it should be charged when it never left it’s charger, and that it doesn’t have a low frequency brown noise or something similar.

Works fantastically. We are sleep training my daughter. The custom scheduling and color features work wonders with that. The white noise and other sound effects are awesome too.

Must have the app to use the device. The app wants to update the firmware immediately but it just spins and never completes the update. I followed the troubleshooting steps on the website which didn’t work. The final option was to reset the device which I did and now the app thinks its a shared device registered to someone else. The app does not recognize a user to be able to “login” its like you are creating a new user if you delete the app and reinsall it. Of course no phone number to call. Have to wait for someone to email you back. In the meantime this turned into a $100 night light which you could have bought for $15

I love this! There are lots of choices to change and make it personal to what you need. My granddaughter loves it.

Overall, I think it’s an okay nightlight and sound machine. Some of the sounds don’t sound that great to me, its somewhat limited, unless you subscribe. I find the tapping sensors on the top aren’t always the easiest. You have to really make sure you’re placing your hands in the spot. If I had the chance to return it, I probably would.

My kids love this item! My only complain is I do wish there was more upbeat music to play during the day.
