Best buy should make it easier for their drivers to understand what their day will look like ahead of time.

Very professional, quick and courteous

My old machine had to be taken apart some since nearby appliances were larger than the original ones. Despite the weight, complications and other factors, the installation and haul away were surprisingly quick. The technicians were also very courteous.

Just wish customer service would of been more prompt and assisting. Due to me ordering the wrong Dryer( electric), which was supposed to be gas. The representative whom delivered it said I needed to wait at least 24 hours to change it, then once I tried the lady I spoke to wasnt friendly. Overall great washer though.

No issues! Just appreciate them double checking paper work before leaving!
