I use this with my Plex server and it allows me to both watch live and schedule recordings for later viewing. I had to get the Quatro because this only allows 2 channels to be tuned in simultaneously. But otherwise it was easy to set up and use. A couple of my first test recordings were cut short, still not sure if that was human error or a glitch in the software. If you don't have a personal server, like Plex, the company does have a DVR Service (https://www.silicondust.com/dvr-service/) that allows you to record shows.

This was a really good buy at half off. If you are even just a little computer savvy, this is an easy set up. You have two tuners so you can watch over the air TV on two separate televisions with one antennae! If you are running an Nvidia Shield, you can set up a DVR and record OTA TV.

Bought this to use with Plex live TV. Working great with no issues.

Streaming HD over my simple home network. Most of it wirelessly and it's always running flawlessly. I purchased Channels for an Apple TV on the network. It's better than cable or sat!

This is a must have product that works without issues. Streaming on Android TV is amazing you can DVR OTA channels through the live channels app built in on Android TV. All you need is a cheap antenna and you're good to go.

This OTA DVR is great if you dont want to subscribe to the cable provider's DVR system! Easy to use!

Game is fun, kids like it. Not much of story line. But keeps us occupied. If you haven't played the first Battlefront, this (#2) has no carry over stats or unlocks from the first. Get it on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, not worth $59, IMO. Removed star just for cost. But still fun.

I love it! Works very well with a android. You can have two devices connected at the same time.

I've been watching these things for years since they came out. I finally bought one and love it. I set up a plex server and set it up so I could watch it remotely from my trip to Hawaii and it worked flawlessly. Glad I finally got one and may step up to the larger one for the dvr.

While a little tricky to set up with Plex, it does work. Unfortunately no program guide via AppleTV, but hopefully that will come soon. HD Homerun app is serviceable but not as polished as using it through Plex.

This product is just what I was looking for. I was looking to get rid of the satellite service but required a DVR capability first in order to do so. I found that this product can do just that. I hooked a 70 mile GE TV antenna to the HD Home Run and now I get around 30 channels. This device turns the antenna signal into wireless network signal inside your home, plain and simple. I choose to go one step further and purchase a lifetime Plex Pass and use Plex as a DVR instead of the HD Home Run service, so that I have no other monthly fees with services. The HD Home Run device paired with a the Plex Pass server pushes that signal and other media wherever you want to use it. DVR, live TV, ripped movies and music, and all your photos can be accessable inside or outside (if you choose) your home on any device.

Once an Xbox One S entered the house I knew it was time to figure out a solution to getting over-the-air TV elsewhere since it was highly likely I'd have to share our living room TV even more to accommodate it as we only have one TV in the house. This does what it needs to do to get TV to my computer, laptop, or phone and it does it quite well. There is very little delay between the live TV broadcast to the device of my choice for viewing. It does help to have a decent router (N-AC) to ensure you get a decent stream. Another plus is the ability to watch my local stations away from home through Plex (Plex Pass required). That seems to work quite well also. With all that I've been able to do with this in the time I've had it I'm really surprised I didn't get this sooner. Hook it up to a decent antenna and you'll be good to go.

But you have to buy a hd homerun subscription on top of the device unless you have plex. Beware it cost more in the end but did work fine

HD Homerun connect duo really makes it easy to stream OTA channels to your hdtv smart tv. It is very easy to set up just go on line and your ready to go , excellent product !

All you need is a good antenna and router and you can get excellent over-the-air broadcast channels everywhere your home network reaches. Included signal booster may not be necessary, depending on your location or ancillary equipment. While mobile devices need no additional software, for your in home TV set, Channels app really improves the ease of use. Having gone to full streaming with fiber-optic and AppleTV, this is the way to get those air broadcasts without additional subscription cost, etc.

Purchased this so I could have HD local channels available through smart TVs,computers and Roku. Works nice. Reception is very good using two attic antennas pointed in different directions to receive channels. Takes a while to load and to change channels, but I can work with that. It is connected to my home network through a network switch. No problems with streaming. Pleased with the product.

I was looking at this or table as I wanted a cheap solution for OTA channels, more as a backup to streaming tv. So it wasn't a must have the best solution kind of thing. that said, I bought this for $90 and its no dvr built in, two tuners. It worked as soon as I hooked up an an indoor antenna and plugged int router. No other config required, just works. The interface is decent, easy to navigate between channels and see what's on next few hours. nice option I wasn't aware of with HD homerun is they offer a software dvr for $35 year to compliment the app. I use it on Fire TV.
