This box works great on my network. Streams to my TV's, PC's and handheld devices. No problem at all.

The device works as described. The electronics is really nice. I live in an area with a low signal and I use an antenna amplifier, bur for this receiver the amplifier had an opposite effect, i.e. it picks more channels when no amplifier connected. The bad part is that to use it as a free DVR you need to be a real guru, however paid services work great. I gave up with free DVR idea and subscribed to Plex ($5 a month). The receiver supports all possible protocols and is discovered by most software and hardware tools in a second,

Although I'm not a fan of broadcast TV any more, there is the occasional news, sport or special worth viewing. Connect an indoor or outdoor antenna and stream 720P to almost any device. And for $18.00 a year a respectable DVR service.

I have tried several OTA DVR solutions and this was the first one that did what it was supposed to do.

I use this with my PLEX live TV server and performs flawlessly. Appears to have excellent sensitivity.

Great cut the cord cable DVR replacement . Except when using it with PLEX you can't watch recorded content on your TV. Anywhere else no problem ex:. on Ios, androind, PC, Mac.

I can watch my local tv channels via antenna thru my wifi works seamlessly with my android tv box and tablets.

i use this with my nvidia shields in the house. now i can watch local channels along with netfix. works great

I've mostly enjoyed my time with the HDHomeRun, at least with Plex... I'm disappointed in what HDHomeRun provides out of the box. I don't know if I'd recommend it by itself

This helped our family cut the cord, save money and still use a DVR with our Nvidia Shield!

first I will say that it works and the picture quality was good. I used the plex pass software, but ultimately I found it to be very sluggish when changing channels. I do not believe this is a result of the network speed or my computer speed as I can easily stream 4k video games etc from all around my house to include from the pc to the TV. Ultimately I returned this due to not having the ability to obtain the off air channels i wanted. I might have lived with the slow response time if not for that.

I can now watch live over the air channels on all my tvs with this. Great for anyone wanting to cutt the cord

It's easy to setup, with just connecting an ethernet cable from the router to the Tuner. It works great with Plex and its DVR function. The HDHomeRun app works fine, but the guide to looking at channels isn't the best, but it works.

I bought this to record my local OTA channels using the DVR service from HdHomerun. So far it works pretty good. The interface is not as easy to use as a traditional guide, but if you want to be able to record TV and don't want to pay the DVR fees, this is one option.

I connected HD HomeRun Duo to my router via Ethernet cable, once it is connected to the router any device on your WiFi and wired network can receive the signal from the OAT of the two tuners included (DUO). I have HD HomeRun in between the router and the antenna. I run a long enough regular coax cable from the antenna and long enough ethernet cable from the router to keep the HD HomeRun somewhere in between where there is a power outlet. The is a Signal GH app in Apple AppStore which you can buy to find the optimal location for the antenna. The HD HomeRun works perfectly for me, it has an app in iPad with which I watch one channel and can watch another channel either on Fire TV or desktop. I use this with ClearStream Eclipse Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna, which is taped on the window and have some cable snaking through on the window edge to give more "antenna-like" reception option.

If u own any media device, fire tv, fire stick, andriod device, apple tv, etc...and dont have cable. This would be very useful for people who watches local channels in air without changing video inputs.

It's a pretty good device for cord cutting. The tuner works pretty well as well. Live in West Sacramento and pulls in Bay Area stations.

This device has excellent OTA ability. After installation and scanning getting 59 useable channels. Bought another to expand viewing on more devices in household. Will add one more for more independent viewing on separate devices.

Looking for more ways to get rid of my cable subscription. This product started up super easy and connected to my Plex account as well. Quality is much higher than I expected. Great product.

This tuner works well with Plex and allows me to watch from other places. It needs to be connected to a ethernet cable, though.
