I have a QNAP nas, so it works well for me. If I didn’t already have a nas, another device would do the same job for less overall money. I also have an Apple TV and a Roku. I use the Apple TV much more accessing this over the TV itself or the If I was a Roku only user, I would choose something else as it doesn’t have a supported app on it. Does work well with the Apple TV or a Samsung TV. Works ok with my Sony TV, but better in the Samsung as it treats it as just another tv input.

Ok, this just plug and play download a quick app or I use it with my Plex which quickly finds it. Four tuners so plenty for my house.

I bought the Connect Quatro to use in Plex. When Plex is functioning correctly, the integration works fantastic. I have installed the HDHomeRun application on PCs to help keep the drivers up-to-date and allow a fall back when Plex doesn't work. Setup was a breeze. Connected the antenna, network cable, and lastly the power connector. The Connect Quatro found all the channels available in my area. Could not be happier. There was a driver update when I first opened connected, so make sure you install the HDHomeRun application on a PC on the same network to allow for driver updates.

I had left a negative review before, not even knowing that there was a network issue here at home. My apologies, ...had a switch that was behaving like a DHCP server. The tuner was always connecting to that switch. Removed the switch and all is fine. .....quatro tuner is GREAT, perfect match for the Channels app for AppleTV. DVR-with Channels and HDHR run perfect... Just cancelled my TIVO account, this system is many times better. (search on youtube for HDHR and Channels app for more info)

I was looking for an easy way to get OTA television on all the TV sets in my house and mobile devices turned out to be a nice bonus. The device is easier to set up than I would have guessed. The only drawback is the lack of availability of the native app on all platforms. I was expecting it to work with Roku, but alas not without a clunky work around using 3rd party software. Luckily there’s an app for Xbox One and that works great. The iOS version is also really good.

I love the ability to watch TV on any device, computer, phone, android TV. It has 4 tuners so that members in house can watch different shows while recording some.

We cut the cord in the February and having looked back since. My wife was skeptical about recieving all her shows and DVR. But with the quatro 4 tv tuners setup with my Plex server. I am the new cable guy. The only draw back is the price and functionality of the HD homerun proprietary tuner software. In order to record shows with it you have to purchase it, didn't like that. That's why I went with Plex pass with way better functionality. The piece od hardware is essential to my home tv network as I can watch or record 4 shows at the same time OTA.

I have been using this now since January, 2018. I use it with Plex to both record OTA channels and share tv to all streaming devices throughout the house. It has worked well, would highly recommend it. Plex runs well on Fire TV/Cube, Roku, Xbox, and Apple TV. I now have live tv and my personal library of movies and tv shows for on demand to watch. Have had no issues with the Quattro. I'm using it with a $30 anntenna on the wall inside the house.

I use this 4 way tuner on my network along with my HDHR Primes. It provides a great way to cut or shave the cost of cable. Works with Plex.

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple this was to set up and use. It picked up 22 channels on first scan, and I was able to connect it to the built in app in my Sony Bravia TV as well as my iPad. Quality is tremendous. Also got it working with my Plex server immediately. For the quad tuners, the price is amazing. I’m not sure I’ll ever need 4 tuners through - but if I do, they’re there. Antenna is in the attic and this is tucked away in the basement - but we get OTA HD through the whole house. Awesome.

SiliconDust tuners are consistently rock solid and this product continues that tradition. You hook them up to your network, go through the configuration process, and can generally leave them alone from that point on.

I purchased this to get live and recorded tv to my Nvidia Shield and to other devices in the house. You have to have an antenna and add a hard drive to the Shield TV. What's cool is with a little no how, you can copy shows over to a laptop for watching outside of your network. Inside your network, the HDhomerun gives me live or recorded tv anywhere inside my house on almost any device.

I have an outdoor antenna and wanted cheap solution to push the picture to my other devices. I was looking at the Amazon Recast but opt for this for the price and I can pus the DVR to my existing NAS. I would have gave 5 stars but the apple app is a little hard to use. I have a hard time changing the stations. With other devices I have no problems

This thing rocks! Paired with an antennae, four tuners, using DVR service makes this a real winner.

Pro: Watching live TV is easy using the free apps from Silicon Dust. It is also compatible with Kodi using the plugin for HDHomerun. Con: The DVR service is not free or cheap. However, it is possible to turn a Raspberry Pi into a DVR using Libreelec and the right plugins. The RPi setup is a little complicated and not for the faint of heart.

This networked tuner works great with my Plex Media Server subscription. I have it connected to an attic antenna and get 39 channels including the 4 major networks and the CW from 40 plus miles away. 4 tuners allows me to record on my Plex server and still have tuners available for recording or watching other programming.

This little box helps make cord cutting very easy. With just a few steps I had this connected and scanning for channels in a matter of minutes. I use with Plex to have a dvr for all my local channels.

Great for anyone who wants to get rid of cable! Can be used with a tv and antenna!

The hardware seems tiny, but it has huge functionality. Plugged in external antenna, network and power, easily found it from a browser on the same network for the few setup details--and it's been running well since. Watching live TV from any device on the network, and simple to use DVR running on Synology NAS. Performs as advertised, better than I expected.
