Heater was on for about 3 hours on the eco setting set to 72, plugged directly into the wall, and it almost caught fire. Had the outlets checked and electrician confirmed that the heater was the problem and would have caused a fire if i didn't unplug it. Best Buy can't help because I'm past their warranty and the manufacturer's website will not allow me to file a claim so I'm out $200 plus the cost of a new heater. DO NOT PURCHASE!

finished my basement and bought 2 of these. do a great job keeping 700sq ft warm and love that they regulate and are wifi enabled!
