Controls are smooth. It's fun being able to coordinate your actions with other players (while in multiplayer mode) to ensure the best - and deadliest! - outcome.

My son and I can't get enough of this game. It is in overhead third person though, and if you don't like that you won't ​like this game. Haven't played online, we are having fun with the in game missions.

This games camera angle is top down, if you get past that it's a pretty enjoyable game if you play with co-op partners. It felt similar to Diablo 3 for me.

this game is lot of fun especially with 3 other people. the controls are a little weird at first but once u get us to them itrs just like any other game

I enjoyed the graphics and skill level was not too difficult, but still challenging enough. I would have enjoyed a little more opportunities to skill up.

Game is slow to start getting into the intense action you see in reviews. I find it kind of repetitive but a good pick up and play game for sure.

I was really excited to try this game, but was left incredibly disappointed after playing it with 2 of my friends. It could just be that I was bad at the game, but I found it incredibly difficult and frustrating. We moved on to a different game after playing for half an hour. This might be a good purchase for someone that enjoys challenging cooperative twin stick shooters, but if you're more interested in a casual co-op game I would steer away.

Game is mediocre and repetitive on single player. Not much setting variation, and combat grows stale quick.

Real fun game to play with friends. Only knock for me is that directions for playing aren't very good. Fun when you get the hang of it.

After playing Destiny and all the other FPS games, this was a good change of pace to a 3rd person view. Neat weapons you can acquire.

This is a great couch co-op (up to 4 players) game suitable for even casual gamers. The difficulty scales well and you don't have to be good at games to have a good time. The vast amount of loadout customization, especially with the included DLC's, makes this game very replayable and enjoyable in many different ways. Not all DLC's are included but with the ones that are, you will be equipped to get the best experience out of this game. Lastly, online matchmaking is simple and easy so playing public games alone is also a good time. Keep in mind that the DLC is a voucher code so it is unlikely to find an unused code in a used copy of the game.

I would suggest this game to almost anybody as it keeps you busy for hours and hours. Not great graphics but still a good game

Fun for about an hour.. after that not so much. Top down shooter with powerups. Only buy this if it's really really cheap

I am a big fan of shooters and Helldivers did not let me down. It provides the action you crave and the ability to play with others cooperatively (up to 3 players).

I like this game but I have to say I have played better!!! Some of the mechanics seem to be a little clunky!!!

This is my third copy of Helldivers. My daughters love this game so much and we end up setting up three accounts so we can play together in cyberspace.

great game, takes a little bit to get into, but once you start playing with friends it becomes incredible.
