Product OK, Guest Experience not so much.

That said, I’m giving this review a below-average rating due to the exchange process and price-adjustment experience. I purchased the game with a Rewards Certificate and asked how the price adjustment would be handled. The cashier told me it would take 3–5 days (for the Cert) to post back to my account. After six business days, the Cert had not posted. I called to follow up, but the lengthy wait times made the process an inconvenience, highlighting inconsistencies in the rewards system, process, and overall communication.
