Good game it’s a little hard you finger out puzzles and find stuff, and getting other hello kitty friends visiting your island is hard not simple it should be made a little easier for getting them to stay on island visiting you.

Bought as an X-mas gift, daughter loves it ao far. She loves all thing Hello Kitty.

I had no issues with the game itself, and it met my expectations. That said, I’m giving this review a below-average rating due to the exchange process and price-adjustment experience. I purchased the game with a Rewards Certificate and asked how the price adjustment would be handled. The cashier told me it would take 3–5 days (for the Cert) to post back to my account. After six business days, the Cert had not posted. I called to follow up, but the lengthy wait times made the process an inconvenience, highlighting inconsistencies in the rewards system, process, and overall communication.
