I love pikmin games and this game is another great hit.

This games isn’t the most challenging but it is a fun game to just pick up and beat a level by discovering new items or using pikmin to get over obstacles it can become a little repetitive.

Its a great game. You should buy it you will have fun.

I've always enjoyed the Pikmin games. I'm not as much of a gamer as I used to be and I somehow almost missed that this one had even come out. Pikmin for the 3DS? Okay, I'll try it. It's pretty clear from the get go that this was going to be a simplified and scaled down version of the games we're familiar with. I enjoyed being in the Pikmin world again and have had fun with the it but I wouldn't say it's got me hooked like the others have done. It's almost like this is more of a challenge mode only game which isn't really a bad thing. I'd recommend this to a fan of the series but if you're new to the Pikmin games I'd suggest trying one of the other ones first.

This is just like the original Pikmin for the Wii.

Really great, cute game, especially if you like puzzles. I deducted a star for two reasons. One, it's not 3D. I think it would have added to the game if it had been. Secondly, the way the Pikmin behave at times make gameplay hard. They tend to fan out around you evenly, so if you have all 20 in the level, they can die more easily just because they aren't as close to you. I'm on a level in sector 2 where the ground goes up and there are blocks that can squish you or your Pikmin. I keep losing them because they just aren't close enough to me, which is frustrating because one of the goals of each level is to finish without losing any Pikmin.

This one is a fun, relaxing game. The concept is simple but there is a challenge in collecting everything. The music is great. Must pick up if you are a fan of the Pikmin franchise.

It isn't as complex as previous Pikmin games but has its own charm, and I love playing it. You still have to think and work out puzzles, find objects, etc. But, it is less stress because you collect new Pikmin in each level, and if you fail, you just try again. No epic losses of your Pikmin in one horrible battle that takes hours to make up for, you just replay the level and get more Pikmin. I also love that there are lots and lots of levels and a lot of easter eggs attached to using the Amiibo's. I have really enjoyed this game, is hard to put down.

As a fan of the series I enjoyed this game a lot. It has all the charm Pikmin 2 had with real world objects and caverns to explore.

Iv been a fan of the series and loved the game. Much easier than the prior games not really challenging but great for kids.

hey Pikman is just fun.. a little simple but great for beginners on the new2DS xl. Have fun exploring the 1st pikman 3ds game though a 2d platformer... adventure explore discover collect pikmen collect items collect fun enjoy. i feel this game will be great for older players and know i will be fine with allowing my young niece and nephew play on their own, without parental guidance.

I have only played it for a couple hours. Hoping it gets more challenging. Right now it's fun but way too easy

A bit different from previous games this one puts a good twist in things. Seems a bit too easy at times

This is a fun game. We bought this for my 6 year old. He likes it and it doesn't seem too hard to get the hang of.

This is a fairly easy fun to play side scroller game. Makes good use of the two screens. Bought this for a 9 year old.

My daughter played this in store and had to have it. She doesn't get wrapped up in too many games but she really liked this one. She will be excited when Santa leaves it Xmas eve.

The pikmin series is absolutely fantastic. There's something so enjoyable about traveling with pikmin. Although this is a 2d side scrolling pikmin, it is still a good time to play.

It's a fun 2d pikmin game. Not as challenging or deep as the 3D versions but still a lot of fun!

A must have for anyone who loves pikmin! Note: this game is 2D, so you arent running in circles like the other pikmin game. But that doesnt mean there arent secrets to find!
