Speed as advertised with some tweaking. I've gotten 55miles on 1 charge, so range is as advertised as well. Extremely rugged can handle off-road at dangerous speeds. Put 170 miles on it and can't get enough. Be warned though, IT IS HUGE. Very difficult to fit in most vehicles, I'd imagine.

Bike is super heavy and frame size is huge. I’m 5’10” and have a hard time getting on the bike and it weighs 80lbs. Battery is awesome however with the quality of parts on the bike, you will be better off getting a more reputable brand. My front forks are about to snap due to the heavy bike and when i apply the front brakes the forks bend and are about to snap. Also there is almost no clearance from front roster to the fork. Any mud will get stuck and grind until you clean it on a ride. Very annoying to have to stop and scrape mud off to continue to use this bike. See photos

Wow i loved this bike, the pedal assit a great one and the speed is nice, great for commute, smalls grocery shopping and long distance.

There are so many options for ebike today and i was looking for one flas a Christmas present for my teenage daughter. I was looking for an ebike that was of high quality, durable to last, tough to handle street as well as trail rides. One that had good range and has good power. Also i wanted to purchase from a company that stands behind their product. This ebike is missed the mark. This bike appears to be rugged, tough look with the fat tires and can handle alot. Reality it is far from it. In the course of normal riding on a crosswalk, there was a collision with another bike. The fork for the front wheel broke . IT took seversl back and forth exchange with HeyBike and I had to stres the point a bike that appears duable, iit was a poor quality issue before they agreed to send a replacement fiork. Few months later and less than a year of owning the ebike, the derailer broke. This time Heybike did not send a replacement so I had to purchase one. Major buyer remorse on the purchase of this ebike from this company. With so many other options for an ebike, I would recommend passing on this brand and company.

My first time having a E-bike it’s easy to assemble and I really enjoy this one. I’m 5’8 female so it works for me.

I LOVE this bike. I got it to commute to work, and I greatly underestimated how awesome it is. It goes about 20 mph before I start getting scared of how fast it is, but I know it can go faster. It has peddle assist, but also a throttle. You can ride it like a scooter! I tethered a dog carrier to the back, and take my Chihuahua everywhere with me.

Excellent ebike can handle all terrain! Have rode it on wet streets, threw grass, up hills, threw rock roads and it has handled it all. Rides very smoothly and isn't as heavy as i thought it was going to be with great battery life. I also love the way it looks and ease of use. Would buy again!

I've ridden this heybike 348miles in 10 days. It's a blast.. started riding it to work to go check my commercial property lawns and landscaping.. alows me to get up close look quickly instead of driving, parking walking, repeat 20-30 times daily 2-3 days a week. . Tiresome. Now, ride between the properties is fun and getting more exercise.

Main wiring harness went bad in less than a year and they don't make a proper one to fix the bike so I had to order a brand new bike do not buy

Heybike Explore broke down 1yr 1 month, under no warranty and not repairable, motor hub "planetary clutch and gears" not sold. manufacture only sells rear wheel $789 says hub not repairable.

Incredible bike: This is my first E bike. I have tried, and I absolutely love it. It was taller than I was expecting. But other than that I have no regrets whatsoever purchasing this bike.

I cant say enough about this bike. It was larger than i expected, but i love it. I seem to ride this bike everday, and yes i do pedal. Lol. Nothing cheap about the Heybike Explore, exceptg the price.

Overall great bike very please. Easy over the road and on grass. I would recommend this bike for everyone.
