Wow!! Amazing bike for the price.

I bought this electric bike on 8/15/24, battery is draining incredibly fast right now! It can only run around 10 miles long with fully charged battery. I called the Best Buy, the customer service told me I can’t return or exchange because it’s already passed two-month window. The gave me the Heybike customer service number. I called, but no response. I sent an email to the HeyBike, still waiting! I feel Best buy should stand up for their membership customers.

Heybike gave their ow authorized technicians a hard time and me. First gey saud they had all the parts in stock now they say they dont. They wont replace the bike or the one part it needs even though it wont ve available for months. Theu reduse to take it off another bike or even confirm that they will replace it ehen it is available. The bike only worked one time. Its junk. Thats why its probably on sale.
