This Electric Bike is amazing and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. And Best buy is the place to find and it. Their customer service is great.

If I could give zero stars I would, STAY AWAY FROM HEYBIKE!!! I had made a purchase a couple months ago and have still not been able to ride it due to the battery being faulty right out of the box. even getting the bike it took about an hour to assemble the thing only to be disappointed. On top of that the store does nothing to help and heybike is extremely difficult to reach and talk with.

We just bought one of these bikes for Christmas for the whole family to enjoy and it was fun for about two hours until the battery ran out and we tried to charge it realizing then the battery charger doesn’t fit the port to the battery. I tried reaching out to heyBike Support but they haven’t responded in five days. Best Buy also made me sign a restock agreement for a charge of 15% for any returns or exchanges. I then had to go to the great Reddit to ask the community there if they knew how to solve the problem and they sent me a Amazon link for an adapter to the charger. HeyBike has terrible support. They will not help you and they will sell you a bike with the wrong charger so you can’t even use it.  I cannot in good conscience, Recommend this bike to anyone else 

My experience with this bike, purchased from Best Buy, has been deeply frustrating. After a lengthy assembly, I discovered the battery was defective. Best Buy customer service instructed me to bring the bike to a distant store for an exchange. However, upon arriving with the heavy bike, the store manager refused the exchange or return. This led to a debate between the phone representative and the store manager, which I had to witness. Forced to take the defective product home, I contacted the manufacturer, Heybike. Despite their initial instruction to return it to the retailer, I had to explain that Best Buy had already refused. After I provided a video of the issue as requested, it took Heybike over a month to send a replacement battery. The level of customer service from both Best Buy and Heybike fell significantly short of expectations. This experience will heavily influence my future purchasing decisions.

Fast and strong feel safe when riding it good distance

Grate product I would not chang a thing. If I would’ve had the money, I would’ve bought two of them.

Bought for my husband. He is 400lbs and this bike still zips right down the road. Great battery life. Fun durable and a really good bang for your buck!

The Heybike Mars 2.0 looks great and would have been a great buy if it only works. Out of the box the battery is out of charge. Battery charge indicator lights are not working either. Do not buy from Best Buy. They won't help you resolve issue and no returns or exchanges. Very hard to claim with Heybike. I'm stuck with a lemon ebike.

Bought this bike for my husband as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves it. Had a few quirks putting it together but all in all not a bad experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an e-bike.

Nice speed looks great nice lighting, it is a great ebike i love it.

Great bike, but have only had it one month. Set up and assembly was easy but have a knife ready lots of zip ties to cut.

This bike works great for in town use gets you everywhere in a decent amount of time, obviously not faster than a car but it works well

This bike is amazing! It feels heavy duty and is very easy to ride. I use it to ride around town and it has changed my life, so easy getting around. I love it.

Great till getting hit by a truck . Works great super fast I suggest tire upgrades other than that no issue

I was so excited about my purchase until, I got it home and realized what I was told was untrue . I was told you’ll only need to assemble the handlebars. I purchase did not have assembly instructions, you had to print out the very confusing and complicated instructions. I the needed to pay to have the Geek squad come to complete the assembly, only to find out the bike was defective ‼️I had to return it to the store because I hadn’t had it delivered to my home, I had it shipped to the store. I will say that the assistant store manager-Flosea, was extremely helpful with getting by return taken care of.

Great bike just it sometimes went on its own...kinda sketchy. But other than that. Its a blast.

Personally I wasn't the biggest fan of how this bike fit me (I am 6'4) and the reviews about the size of this bike are off. Not to mention the battery has little to no range
