Vino con defecto de fábrica la batería vino mala me la cambiaron dos veces y de igual si yo mala además la llanta trasera vino desnivelada

The bike arrived at my apartment in good condition. I didn't receive the version I saw in the physical store, so I'm a little dissatisfied about that.

The bike started out great then it wasn’t , it’s been almost two months Not fir adults I’m only 5’ 5 135 pds

Either from manufacturer, or shipping department, there was a lot of damage to the bike when I unpacked it. The rack was bent in 3 places (hammered it for installation), the derailer was bent causing the chain to rub against rear tire (bent it outward, now not in right gear), battery pack won't go all the way down, not locking in place, charger gets too hot when charging battery pack. Recommended height, and weight: 5'3" to 6'1", up to 330 lbs. I'm 6' 0", at 235 lbs. Arm reach way too short. Pedal height too short when able to rest my feet on the ground, when stopped. If I adjust the seat higher for comfortable pedalling, then can't rest my feet on the ground, when stopped (unless I lean the bike at a 45 degree angle). And the seat is crap, very uncomfortable. At a cost over $1,000.00, I would not recommend this bike to anyone, specially if they are 6 feet tall. BTW, I have 3 other E-Bikes (2 older, [1-street, 1-mountain], and an E-Trike).

This is my family's first experience with ebikes. We a super happy with our choice to purchase a Heybike. Handles well. Easy to set up. Battery life is amazing. My family I ride together often. Great family adventure.

The bike doesn’t work all the time. I called Heybike tech support and described my issue with the bike not always powering up and the support tech said the problem was common and referred me to online support. I received my first email to describe the issue and after 2 months of weekly emails back and forth, I got nothing. Be cautious when buying this bike. The battery will not work all the time when powering on the battery when mounted on the bike and no matter what you say to their tech support you won’t get any replacement parts or battery.

I thought the bike would come assembled. There was no place in the online process to ask that it be assembled.

After 3 months of use This is more logical than a e-scooter for longer distances because once you run out of battery you can keep on pedaling ! I also have room for optional storage, as far as performance the shocks on this thing are so smooth plus I can ride on the rain!

Very nice e-bike. I love the pedal assist and it’s comfortable to ride.

This bike is everything and more at a reasonable price! I love the way you can “customize” your ride limits with the app and the app also assists it preventing theft. I looked at bikes that were triple the price and didn’t have nearly as much to offer as this one.

Just got this from best buy and it was a good pick.It was easy to put together i love it

I dare you to find me a better ebike for under 1000

The best e-bike I ever I have used, the battery is durable and fast

Very disappointed with my purchase and with Best Buy. The battery was defected and to replace is just a lot of trouble the insurance I got and the manufacturer make this really hard.
