Either from manufacturer, or shipping department, there was a lot of damage to the bike when I unpacked it. The rack was bent in 3 places (hammered it for installation), the derailer was bent causing the chain to rub against rear tire (bent it outward, now not in right gear), battery pack won't go all the way down, not locking in place, charger gets too hot when charging battery pack. Recommended height, and weight: 5'3" to 6'1", up to 330 lbs. I'm 6' 0", at 235 lbs. Arm reach way too short. Pedal height too short when able to rest my feet on the ground, when stopped. If I adjust the seat higher for comfortable pedalling, then can't rest my feet on the ground, when stopped (unless I lean the bike at a 45 degree angle). And the seat is crap, very uncomfortable. At a cost over $1,000.00, I would not recommend this bike to anyone, specially if they are 6 feet tall. BTW, I have 3 other E-Bikes (2 older, [1-street, 1-mountain], and an E-Trike).

After 3 months of use This is more logical than a e-scooter for longer distances because once you run out of battery you can keep on pedaling ! I also have room for optional storage, as far as performance the shocks on this thing are so smooth plus I can ride on the rain!

Barely a year later and the battery died. Already called the manufacturing company and they won't do anything because i bought from best buy. Even tried to talk to best buy and got no help

This is my family's first experience with ebikes. We a super happy with our choice to purchase a Heybike. Handles well. Easy to set up. Battery life is amazing. My family I ride together often. Great family adventure.

I dont like writing reviews. I am only doing this because BestBuy is asking for one. Hard to put together

This bike is everything and more at a reasonable price! I love the way you can “customize” your ride limits with the app and the app also assists it preventing theft. I looked at bikes that were triple the price and didn’t have nearly as much to offer as this one.

The bike arrived at my apartment in good condition. I didn't receive the version I saw in the physical store, so I'm a little dissatisfied about that.

I dare you to find me a better ebike for under 1000

Bought this bike for my son, but it was too big for him. Called Best Buy and they said I can bring it in and return it. When I went into the store to return it the manager told me there are no refunds on e-bikes! Now I’m stuck with this bike my son can’t ride. I wish Best Buy did a better job of warning customers about this policy before purchasing. Hopefully this helps someone from making the same mistake I did.

Nice bike, I like the rack on the back it’s steady,and easy to strap down. I love the various speed and displace is easy to read and shifting of the gear is easy too.

Great bike only issue was error 22 strong motor and great quality

Great bike over all I have had it for about a year now that bike is great
