Love love love! Only gave it a 4 because both my husband and I got one. Mine is perfect but my husbands tail light didn’t work and he had to replace his seat because it wasn’t functioning properly. But with that said Heybike sent him a new taillight so that was really great! But he did have to buy a new seat.

Very easy to build and wonderful battery live it also runs very smooth & very fast i would definetly reccomend !

Great Electric Bike, very durable and has a simplier set up when building. The bike has an app to be able to locate your bike and adjust how fast you want the bike to go. Over all a nice bike would recommend to others

This bikes are honestly amazing, it’s my first time buying an electric bike and I didndnt get disappointed at all , great battery , lighting, shocks are great , can’t go wrong with them ! I’m thinking of purchasing another for my wife ! Highly recommend it .

One of the best e-bikes I’ve had. Heavy duty and although it’s big, it’s easy to maneuver. It’s foldable for easy storage.

We have the Heybike Explore. It's a great bike and the company has been a great company to deal with. We recently had an issue with the motor and we were still under warranty and they honored that without hesitation. We consider Heybike a great product and an excellent company!

I have had this bike for 3 months and have been riding it for about a month in total time I love the way the bike looks and rides,good quality and everything else i have no problems with Having said that, customer service is a different story I bought the bine and within 2 weeks the battery died on me, I know it happens,God nows how long that battery had been sitting the before I bought it,when I called te company they had ne take pics and videos to show them,wich I did, then after they were convinced of the obvious,they said we’ll replace the battery BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING, I tried to pmead my case to no avail,basically it was PAY FOR THE SHIPPING or just pedal your bike when you use it, so I was extorsioned to pay the $60 shipping for a part that came defective from their company,THEN it took 2 months before I got the battery delivered, I know things cone from China but the way they handled it was wrong,I really hope they get better customer service because I am planning on buying another bike from them

Took it form a ride for the 1st after I assembled it. Everything worked perfect. Bike road smooth and has good power. I highly recommend it.

Love this E-bike. Easy to use, fast and enjoyable all the way around. Can't go wrong with this bike.

Love the bike. Top speed I have made it to is 28. I plan to ride 11 miles to work and back. July 2 I will make the trek. Rode around 2 miles at a time so far 6 times. Comfortable for sure. I’ll post more after riding it to work!

It rides so smoothly and it has so much power. The fact that you can manually change speeds is so good because it helps to control the bike no matter what.

it was fun but broke down after 2 months and I am now speaking to the company about options since I'm still paying for it currently roughly 1000 miles so it's not all bad but I'm stuck with the payments it seems

Since i bought this E bike.. i haven't baby it. I been pushing it to its max and enjoying every moment i can riding it.. Not to great on windy days.. Still testing it threw the seasons but definitely worth buying. At least for me

This has been a pretty decent eBike product so far. However. The manual throttle is "FRAGILE" it is sold out for every Hey Bike model as they all break. It's not hard to repair but it's also not worth 40 dollars in my opinion. Expect to replace components like the throttle. A 3d printer asset can help you replace the weakly formed plastic lever after it breaks off. It's basically a plastic cuff with a magnet. dollars and cents components.

Works really well. Rides well. Easy to drive and manage. Well equiped. Comfortable. Very reliable. Learning to drive it was really quite easy. For a woman senior citizen I was impressed with how it can get me to where I want to be without any problems.

The bike came with a bad motor controller, and getting a replacement has been a nightmare. I have been going back and forth with them for over two months and still do not have a fully working bike. After asking me to do much of the testing that should have been done at the factory, they did send me out a replacement controller within a few days, and it did work, but it was not the same model and does not fit into the housing. The agent, Shawn keeps insisting that it should fit according to his "Technical Team", even though I provided images and video as proof, several times. We've been stuck in that loop since September! I tried returning the bike to Best Buy but got no relief as the item is not returnable, apparently even if it doesn't work. I reached out to Heybike and was told that support for Best Buy purchases is only through email. The email support must be offshore, as replies often take days, and usually arrive between 2 and 4 AM. In all fairness, the bike is of awesome quality, but the support is horrible; buyer beware!

Very satisifed with my first electric bike. It makes riding fun again. Battery lasts about as long as they advertise but maybe a little less. I will say if I were to do it again, I would get the extended battery. Easy to assemble and mine was ready to ride out of the box.

I ride my bike for a hour to college and a hour back. Charging it in between is mandatory but it’s fun and exciting. I feel like I’m preparing myself for a motorcycle when I go the fastest speed. A must buy if you’re thinking about saving money on gas.

Pretty smooth when riding. Just as described. Battery life good
