Great bikes! Best purchase of the year, great if you camp or if you cant afford a car and work locally

Personally I wasn't the biggest fan of how this bike fit me (I am 6'4) and the reviews about the size of this bike are off. Not to mention the battery has little to no range

I have put 250 mi. on the Heybike Mars 2.0. I checked rear tire wear and it looks I might get 700 mi. out of it. I would give it a 4.5 but there is only a option for whole stars. So far issues.

Great bike! Pretty fast as well. The brake are solid.

The bike itself is ok but I bought 2 & one has a defective battery. Got to bestbuy & they say we cant help you & you say ok I’ll return it, not a chance non returnable. You dont get any help from Heybike what so ever. Its been a struggle.

I bought the bike in store. Upon assembly, I found that the charger is not matching the battery, and the gear shifter is broken. I brought it back to the store 2 days later to return, and the bestbuy manager said because it is defective and they do not accept return. The store manager even fiddled around with the gear shifter and broke it even further, and he refused to take responsibility. Both heybike and bestbuy are a joke.

Barely a year later and the battery died. Already called the manufacturing company and they won't do anything because i bought from best buy. Even tried to talk to best buy and got no help

Very fast, Works, Setup is fun and not too hard or long. Works like a charm

Bought this bike for my son, but it was too big for him. Called Best Buy and they said I can bring it in and return it. When I went into the store to return it the manager told me there are no refunds on e-bikes! Now I’m stuck with this bike my son can’t ride. I wish Best Buy did a better job of warning customers about this policy before purchasing. Hopefully this helps someone from making the same mistake I did.

I dont like writing reviews. I am only doing this because BestBuy is asking for one. Hard to put together

Either from manufacturer, or shipping department, there was a lot of damage to the bike when I unpacked it. The rack was bent in 3 places (hammered it for installation), the derailer was bent causing the chain to rub against rear tire (bent it outward, now not in right gear), battery pack won't go all the way down, not locking in place, charger gets too hot when charging battery pack. Recommended height, and weight: 5'3" to 6'1", up to 330 lbs. I'm 6' 0", at 235 lbs. Arm reach way too short. Pedal height too short when able to rest my feet on the ground, when stopped. If I adjust the seat higher for comfortable pedalling, then can't rest my feet on the ground, when stopped (unless I lean the bike at a 45 degree angle). And the seat is crap, very uncomfortable. At a cost over $1,000.00, I would not recommend this bike to anyone, specially if they are 6 feet tall. BTW, I have 3 other E-Bikes (2 older, [1-street, 1-mountain], and an E-Trike).

This is the most fun and action pack W-bike to have just wish the bike was faster. A fast torque on the bike all it need. Thank you

The bike arrived at my apartment in good condition. I didn't receive the version I saw in the physical store, so I'm a little dissatisfied about that.

I thought the bike would come assembled. There was no place in the online process to ask that it be assembled.
