Waited for a few rides to review. Top speed is about 20. Hit 21 once on flat surface. Up hill not steep dropped to about 14. Easy set up. Had one flat do to srivker so added green stuff to tubes.

All the main parts seem to be solidly made. Some of the self install pieces seems to be a little janky and crooked once you get them on. Either the rear rack is crooked or the rear fender the crooked. Front fender and front light is crooked. Hopefully they can be tweaked to straighten them out. Assembly took a while. Once everything was together and I took it out, it is straight up fun. I weigh 220 and had no problem going up mild hills with or without pedal assist. 20 mph on an e-bike feels much faster than 20mph in a car and I’m fine with the speed. This bike seems like a super value for the $699 I paid for it. Would highly recommend.

Takes a little getting used to. This is my first ebike. A warning- in PAS mode a soon as you start peddling this thing takes off. Something to get used to. That and the unboxing is a bit of a chore. Not difficult, just a lot of packing material zip tied together. BB offered assy and delivery for $149. I highly recommend that, otherwise easy transaction and holiday return window 'til mid Jan '24

Perfect!! Sturdy, fast, fun! We bought this for camping and are really happy with it. We figured we would try one out for the season and get another next season if we like it. So far no major complaints.

This is the perfect e- bike for me. I can't ride a regular bike anymore so this gets me where I need to go without hurting my knees.

My odometer keeps resetting and I'm getting errors and customer service seems inept and unavailable to help. I've spent one week just explaining to them which bike I have despite giving them the order and tracking numbers they shipped it with. You'll likely get around 15 to 20 miles if you're peddling and have it on level 3.

Bike is overall great! Works well! Brakes are mechanical, not too strong, but do the work. A little heavy. Rear suspension is missing. The suspension under the seat is not good enough for small bumps. You would feel small bumps. Front suspension is nice. I get a range of around 32 miles on a single full charge. I got a Max speed of 19 mph when fully charged. As the battery drains, the max speed reduces to 16 mph.

Excellent! Just as advertised. Charged battery lasts for several days, runs up 20 miles per hour and faster if descending a hill. My kids tell me that it’s awesome!

Bought this for my son so that he can get to and from work. He absolutely loves it. It was fairly easy to put together, he can ride it for 2 days before needing a new charge. He added a basket so that he can run to and from the grocery store. My only issue is that the lights point towards the ground and isn’t useful for nighttime driving. So add more lights and get a reflective jacket. It drives in the rain. I wouldn’t recommend riding in heavy rain. Otherwise, it’s a great buy.

I was hesitant to buy this at $1,200 but when it went on sale for $800 I decided to buy it and it is so worth it! It’s super easy to use and operate and the fat tires allow you to rip around town and on paths. Only wish it would charge a little faster but that’s definitely not a deal breaker.
