I did a lot of research, I thought I was purchasing a bike from a manufacturer who would back their product. I was one of 3 people who purchased a HeyBike at the same time as we all were trying to get back in shape. My two other friends had minor issues which were resolved over a couple of weeks. If you have a major issue like I did with a motor and or controller expect to be left high and dry. I'm now at 6 weeks with zero help from HeyBike. JUST FIGURE OUT THE ISSUE OR SEND ME BOTH PARTS IF YOU CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!

This rating is for Best Buy, not for the bike, because I did not even receive the item and has not yet receive refund. I purchased the bike back in July and the delivery was scheduled for September 15. Then the delivery was delayed without giving me any notice. I rescheduled the delivery to Sept 27 but still did not receive the item. Then I decided to cancel and refund but the customer service team told me to do so after 48 hours. When I finally called to cancel the order, the customer service agent told me that the item was delivered and refused to refund. I am still contacting the service team and the only result that I have received so far is they will get back to me in 48 hours or five business days, after which nothing happened.

If I could give this a negative star I would. After assembling the bike i tried putting in the battery which did not fit. It turns out the sliding bar for the battery was bent and the seat adjuster was blocking the battery from sliding down. This was my very first time buying an E-bike and it was a huge disappointment and now I dont even know if I could trust your other e-bikes. Waste of time assembling the bike for nothing.

Took about an hour to build the bike just to find out when slowly connecting the battery to the base. The inside of the battery came damaged or a product malfunction so I couldn’t connect the battery and the base together. Such a bummer i was really excited for this bike especially bc i need it to get to work

Very disappointed. I received my product only for it to get assembled and the throttle doesn't work. Now I have to return it and hopefully get a new one. It's just disappointing.

My Heybike been down for a week and no answer from the company

It is fun to ride, very fast, smooth ride, easy assembly

Just put it together, fairly easy instructions and they provide the tools with the bike (bonus) Looks sturdy and well built, heavy welds and a great attention to engineering it easy. I got on it for a bit earlier for a quick test, too cold and i need to adjust the seat (surprisingly fast when i took off) so far so good folks

Bike was affordable somewhat easy to assemble, handle bars and seat vibrate loose as you ride requiring retightening after each ride.

The video they refer to in the instructions on the Heybike site shows a square box, unfolding the bike, put on the pedals, insert the battery and away you go. I knew when the box was long it was going to be an issue. The front wheel was not on, the rack was not on, the fender was not on, the lights were not on. A strange looking nut fell off of something and I have no idea where it goes. The instructions use terminology that I have no idea what it means. Just be aware this is what you are in for.

Me and my wife got this Ebike and we love it! We love the folding mechanism and it makes it easier to carry.

Haven't used it yet, seems to be a Quality Built Machine.

I assembled this bike and last thing I needed to do was put in the lithium battery only to find out that the place where the battery goes was blocked by the seat socket which was welded the wrong way and the battery could not be put it in. This product was also no longer available for an exchange so I basically wasted my time assembling the bike.

Customer service does not return calls or emails. The battery is fully charged but the bike diesnt work. It stopped working after s few weeks.
