    Great bike for cruising around or go to work. Battery lasted long. Charging time when first arrived, was about 3 hours. Definitely catches the eye, bought the black and gold. Love it!

    This bike works great I'm a big guy almost 400 lbs and it easily carries me. My wife loves it and enjoys riding it as well all we did was change out the seat for more comfort.

    Amazing day to have and is very compatible with the situations but a person living with even if it's taking it in your car. It's easy to fold and it's very easy to drive around also.

    I looked at many e-bikes and this one topped them all in this price range. The top speed is a little misleading since it requires pedaling to hit, but I have hit 36 mph on the bike.

    This was a good investment. I did get a flat, but once I had liners installed my bike is unstoppable. I highly recommend The Tyson for anyone looking for a great ebike. I'd also like to mention the great experience with staff at Best Buy in helping me with my purchase They were great/

    It has not been a full 90 days and I am already having a lot of issues with this e-bike. I am trying to get repairs done via the manufacturer's warranty and both Best Buy and Heybike are pointing at each other, and I'm stuck in the middle without a working bike? Social media, BBB and my legal team are SHOCKED so imagine how I feel.
