Customer support is abhorrent and took the first week of return policy to even respond, then drug out responses for another 2 weeks, attempted charging me for the fix, under warranty, claiming that “some time has passed since I purchased the bike.” Yes, 3 weeks have passed and that’s still under your warranty. No one is owning up to it and I’m stuck with a bike that doesn’t do what it says it will. Honestly, buy something else with better proven support. It was a red flag all reviews out there were sent a sample by the company. Run away. They are purposely pushing you out of your warranty period so they don’t have to fix their garbage.

Its a prize so when we finally opened it, we noticed the wrong color but it was too late do a return on it.

Also missing washers underneathe the battery compartment which causing the screws to pucniture through the casing. Seems like they built a I.E.D. and now are offering it exclusively to purchase through best buy. Awesome
