Riding this bike is fun, well made! But light won’t shutoff unless you fold it to disconnect the battery otherwise it will drain it. That was my inly down side and it was returned, if they fix the light issue I would definitely give it another chance.

Just got my TYSON several weeks ago, it is amazing! I received it as promised, and assembly was a breeze. The foldable feature is incredibly convenient for storage and transport. The battery life is fantastic, surpassing my expectations with its impressive 55 mile maximum operating range. It took me a few tries to get used to it, reaching its max speed became thrilling! I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a foldable e-bike!

I love the new look it almost looks looks like a BMX bike. The speed ranges from 20 mph to 55 mph and battery charge lasts. The price is fair. I give 5 stars. I ordered two one for me and the other for my son.

This ebike is just beautiful! I like it coz it folds and also powerful, the seat is very comfortable as well. I use this bike to "walk" my dog on the trail. This is our second ebike, and I will never go back to normal bikes.

I bought a $1,500 E-Bike, and then I reached out to support to ask how their "30-Day Free Trial, Buy with Confidence" works. The support person said, "Unfortunately that is no longer our policy". It is ALL OVER their website, in banners, descriptions, and on every product detail page! So I immediately requested to cancel my order. They said no problem just write [Suport Email]. 4 emails later I finally got a response where they made up another policy that is not in their terms or refund policy and said if I wanted to cancel they would charge me an 8% fee. The order was not even processed, shipped, nothing! They just make up "Policy" as they go. Furthermore looking at their claims on peak motor on these bikes, it seems like there are many false, misleading specs that are inconsistent with previous marketing material. Reviewers say 1,200 Peak Watts, they claim 1,400, and most commonly peak is not 100% over the motors base wattage. If you decide to purchase one of these bikes, at minimum buy it from Best Buy so you have a big retailer in the middle of yout purchase.

I bought the Heybike Tyson 9 months ago and the bike has had so many problems!!! Constant issues with the motor controller going out, then the battery going out, and now my 3rd electrical issue just occurred at 327 miles!! And with the wrong parts sent to the repair shop every time which was such a waste of time and shipping, I have completely given up on the Tyson ebike!! I’ve had to pedal the bike home too many times and this thing is not easy to pedal. It’s a heavy beast and it’s broken again. The customer service is so bad to work with I dont think I’ll take the bike in to get it repaired and waste anymore money. $1500 for a terrible bike that is highly unreliable. Plus I just bought a new rear tire because the original is bald at 320 miles.

After having this bike for only 2 years we had multiple flat tires and the final straw was the burnt out battery that costs over $800 to replace. To me, an over $1800 bike should last more than 2 years. I would research and purchase a bike that has a better battery life.
