I would like to say this is my first experience with any 2 wheeled e-device.
One of the only negative things about this bike is the app you can download that does nothing useful. The battery pack could be more secure as well, but these are small things compared to the overall fun & useful aspects.

It’s lightweight enough so I can lift it to easily stow it in my wife’s small SUV or in the back of my four door sedan. She has the white one and I have the black one. The battery lasts longer than needed. The display is difficult to read and changing modes takes some getting used to. The app makes this easier.

I bought to provide exercise for a new dog that is high energy. It works well, only had to charge once in a week. Seat is comfy. The pedal assist works really well going up hill makes easier to pedal for sure.

Loved it .the replacement tubes were a little hard to find with its unique size. A great gift for teenagers my son is 13 and loves this bike.

Ordered it Dec1 st .. its now dec 21st and still waiting to receive it at Best Buy. Got a notification that there was a “Delay” dec 10 when i was supposed to be able to pick it up at store. Still nothing and i already got the statement of from my credit card payment plan and i havent even received the bike… email notification said if i dont receive it by jan 9 it will be cancelled. Still waiting to see if i will receive it bfore xmas or i will have to purchase something else for my daughter. Anyways PLAN AHEAD IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE. Might take longer than a month to get the bike delivered
