The bike was hard to put together and the back didn't line up properly. Also the spikes probably weren't tightened properly because in the first week one of the spokes punctured the back tire. Pro-the bike holds a charge well and battery lasts long.

Great range went together pretty good only problem was missing 1 brake pad bought a new set company ofered to send new ones out still waiting but seems like a well built bike. Hardest part was getting it out of box . Turn on side and slide it out

Pretty sturdy bike, faster than expected, i really like the thick tires makes it fun to ride!

My husband, loves his E bike. He had really been wanting one ever since I took over our new one from before there’s a bit of a delay with delivery, and now he’s working on getting a hitch installed on our rogue for easier transportation as far as the staff at Best Buy as always, they will get a five star review, four is for the product only because it’s been a little bit more difficult to get the hitch to adapt and also he has not really had that many opportunities To ride it. Will try to update review about its performance and after we put it to the test if it goes to 70 miles or not, I believe it’s up to 70 miles on one charge.

Seems like a solid bicycle we purchased this for when we go camping nice and smooth ride breaks are a little squeaky but so far so good

So far this E bike has served my adult child well for her commute to work since graduation. Will college fall classes start she will also be utilizing this for that commute as well. This is perfect for those graduating or old enough to have a job but not make enough to afford a car right away. Plus there is no insurance, gas money, or car payments involved. I did my search on which E-bike to purchase because I knew she’d need a long distance E-bike. We are approximately 14 miles from her work one way and then 16 miles from the college the other way. She can charge the battery at work or school if needed while she at those places and if she forgets to charge it well she doesn’t have to push or walk it because she can pedal it back or where needed. I believe this will help her want to purchase her own car faster.

This HiBoy - EX6 Electric Bike w/75 mo Max is more than I anticipated! It was a gift to my Grandson whom always was tinkering with his bikes, buying multiple various parts and rebuilding. Since receiving this bike he has found joy of riding and his sense of freedom! It is more than he ever expected, it is durable and has stood up to his roughness without wanting to try and rebuild!

Easy to put together, fun to ride. Good value for an electric bike

It’s feel greatly built but when you start riding it they used some of the cheapest accessories For starters the front shock do not work at all even going over a speed bump at 15 mph you feel it really hard on the handle bars Second the breaks well if that’s what you want to call them. They do not stop they just slow you down till it stops. I did a test at full speed of 24mph using font and back breaks it took 18’ to come to a stop and that slamming on them hard. Using just front breaks at full speed it took 23’ to come to a stop so be careful besides those really important functions the bike feel solidly built

The bicycle is very beautiful. A bit tall for my size. It’s quite easy to assemble, even without the manual. I recommend it for long rides. It came with an electric charge included.
