I was happy with the promptness of delivery. A lil bit of a pain to assemble . But.overall it's a great lil bike..

The bicycle is very beautiful. A bit tall for my size. It’s quite easy to assemble, even without the manual. I recommend it for long rides. It came with an electric charge included.

It’s feel greatly built but when you start riding it they used some of the cheapest accessories For starters the front shock do not work at all even going over a speed bump at 15 mph you feel it really hard on the handle bars Second the breaks well if that’s what you want to call them. They do not stop they just slow you down till it stops. I did a test at full speed of 24mph using font and back breaks it took 18’ to come to a stop and that slamming on them hard. Using just front breaks at full speed it took 23’ to come to a stop so be careful besides those really important functions the bike feel solidly built

It is well built and a great bike at this price point.

It’s a cool bike, doesn’t quite get to 25mph but it does get to 24. I believe the battery depletes itself even when not being used. I feel like it could be better but it’s not terrible. Additionally the assembly is easy and simple enough if you’re comfortable putting things together.

Nice e-bike but too small for me. Be careful with throttle bikes as they might be illegal in your state

Order my bike through the Best Buy app and Best Buy didn’t deliver it to my house and when I told them it was shipped to the wrong address. Which they admitted at fault they still charged me for a product that didn’t even get delivered to the right address on file they sent it to some address that isn’t even on my account. When I spoke again to the representative she told me that it was delivered on their end(even though it was the wrong address). I already filed a chargeback but I’m not satisfied with how Best Buy is handling this issue. Gonna file a smalls claims court against them. will update more in the future just wanted people to know of my horrible experience with Best Buy online App.

The bike takes a little bit of usage to get used to it.

It’s been working fine for the past seven months all of a sudden the battery won’t charge anymore.

The bike came assembled with the wrong kickstand it was to long for the bike and never worked.my 13 yr old rode it approx 2 months routine riding and the back wheel fell off while he was riding it. The wire stripped out of the wheel and bike doesn’t work now. I contacted the company and they are no help the motor is on back order and when they get it they want me to fix it. The bike was 3 months old and not cheap it should last Best Buy also didn’t stand behind it and said i was burnt
