Horrible bike even worse customer service

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bike came assembled with the wrong kickstand it was to long for the bike and never worked.my 13 yr old rode it approx 2 months routine riding and the back wheel fell off while he was riding it. The wire stripped out of the wheel and bike doesn’t work now. I contacted the company and they are no help the motor is on back order and when they get it they want me to fix it. The bike was 3 months old and not cheap it should last Best Buy also didn’t stand behind it and said i was burnt

Great eBike for Price

Assembly took a bit, took a while to figure out one or the pedals screws in counterclockwise and the other clockwise! But well worth it for cruisin’ around!! Love it!!

Never buy, stay away - poor quality

I bought two for my children to go to college, and both ended up having brake issues. It's unusable now, and I wasted around ~1800, including taxes. It's a total waste of money. Stay away, please. Buy some good bikes with better warranties from Coscto or REI.
