Easy to use,fun little scooter and works seamlessly

Very easy to use electric scooter. Max speed I 19mph which is fine for city street use.

I don’t even want to drive anymore. All I do is escoot EVERYWHERE. THIS THING IS FAST!!!!!!

Solid choice for an entry level scooter. It does get the 25mi as described I rang it until the battery blinked so I fully rode this thing. I also ride it everywhere from work to the store to get ice cream and, sodas, energy drinks etc. Only reason it can't get a 5 star in because I really wish it went 25mph and not just 19mph

Easy to assemble, wish was a little lighter. But you can’t have everything. Rides like crazy and haven’t had battery go out yet!

The kiddo loves this scooter. He's 12 years old and 4'7". He likes that its higher than kids scooters so speed bumps aren't an issue. He likes that its more powerful so going up hills isn't bad. All in all a good scooter.

In my point of view, I have not had any problems, on the contrary, I raised my expectations and now I feel safer at the moment I use it and very comfortable, the truth is that I use it more than anything for work and the battery is not far behind, it is very durable, in my opinion, for the things I use it, I recommend an excellent product.

I want to give this 5 stars. After putting miles on this, the battery already is not fully charging. Replacement batteries are available and cheap $150. You can with that price buy a large capacity replacement battery. It will be long lasting. Riding this almost daily for six months, I'm happy with this and just have to say this, be careful on bumps and holes in the road. If you're riding over a hole the size of your tire, you will eat the turf. Don't go too fast if the ground is wet and avoid wet patchy grass. I've hurt myself once and I'm not one who likes to be hurt and have to heal hands that slammed against the ground. Watch your speed on days off bad weather. It will ride on most surfaces and pavement but only on rainy days you'll need to be very careful.
