I like the light upgrade, as the extra illumination features helps people see me riding at darker times of day. I don’t like that the battery seems to die faster than the previous modke of hiboy. I somewhat blame the improvement of visibility illumination for battery lifespan. Also my older modle had a larger basket fir carry on items.

Bought scooter took it once. Second time i went to use it the rear tire blew. Contacted Hiboy support, they claimed they would replace the rear tire however that has not happened yet.
Assembly wasn’t terrible for one person to do. Directions aren’t overly helpful, i ended up using an YouTube video.

I had a horrible experience, the tires came flat in the box, they were not aligned properly with the rim and would not hold air at all, I then asked for a replacement. And a NEVER Recieved it. Then it took like 3. Weeks to finally get my money back after they refused to send me another one 0/10
