I am a tech head who loves geeking out on new technology. Also, who doesnt like RGB?! Ive already hit my first goal of 64oz (thats big for me as i hardly even drink a standard 16.9 oz bottle a day). Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience. The battery life in HidrateSpark PRO should be around 10-14 days depending on the glow settings.
If the battery dies faster, please put the sensor puck on a charger and confirm that the "battery charging glow" is working properly. To charge your sensor puck, turn the bottle/tumbler upside down and remove the sensor puck. Place the puck on a flat surface and attach the magnetic end of the HidrateSpark charging cable to the puck. While charging every other LED on your puck will illuminate and fade in / out (every 10 sec.) green. Once fully charged every other LED on your puck will remain SOLID GREEN.
While charging, please check the USB charging port is rated for 5V and at least 500mA in order for the sensor puck to charge properly. If there's a possibility, you can try charging the sensor puck from a different USB port.
Also, you can try leaving the sensor puck on the charger overnight (or just quite a bit longer than a couple hours) to see if it starts working properly after that.
If the sensor puck is charged fully after a few hours, please keep an eye on the battery level for a little while and if you're still having trouble, feel free to contact our support team at support@hidrate.me with the details of the issue. - Hidrate Team

I had to contact Hidrate to have them send one. I haven't been able to use the bottle yet.

Unbelievable. Also the only other review as of me posting this also had the same exact issue so this is a manufacturing error thats happened on multiple instances.

And this bottle will definitely help me step up my game. The best feature in my opinion has to be the light reminder. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the 21OZ Hidrate Spark Pro. Product seemed to work average for the few months it did work. Wasn't the most accurate at counting my water consumption, but did a decent job. Product completely quit working after 5 months which is unfortunately outside of the 100 day warranty period. To fix this, I would need to purchase a new bottle and or charging puck which runs around $35 at this time. I will not be doing this. It is disappointing a company can not stand behind it's product and I would not recommend purchasing currently. For $70 you're better off saving the money and finding another alternative. Again, I would strongly recommend not purchasing this product.
