The Sauna blanket insert pairs well with the Sauna blanket and they make a perfect duo! I recommend getting both , it helps to ensure my body is inside a protective layer before entering my blanket!

Insert is super soft and and a great size to get into. Clean up is so much easier it soaks up all that sweat!!

This has made my sauna blanket sessions so much more efficient. I personally hate having to remove leggings or tight fitting clothes when they're all wet and sweaty so this towel lets me slide right into my sauna blanket. It's like a towel pouch that fits perfectly in the sauna blanket and provides that cozy layer without the uncomfortable stickiness. I used to also sauna blanket using two towels but it just isn't the same since it shifts around. This one is also way softer than any towel i've had.

I didn’t think my infrared sauna experience could get any better, by the towel insert really reduces cleanup time, which is a huge bonus. They recommend wearing clothing inside to guard you from the heat, but this towel insert serves as that to keep you safe, cleanup easy and has you ready to go!

When I first got it I put it in my sauna blanket with sweats on to see how it works. I wanted it to make cleanup quicker and not have so much sweat get on the actual blanket. It took me forever to actually get in the thing and once I felt fully in the insert it felt super tight. It seems like a good concept for cleanup but I returned it because I couldn't comfortably fit in my blanket with it inside.

I bought the sauna blanket, insert and bag at the same time and it was the perfect trio. The insert is soft and easy to clean—I just machine wash in between uses. Very happy with this purchase.
