Great restoration of a classic movie. Worth every penny.

It never looked better vibrant color and great sound.

This is one of the nicest steelbooks on the market. Mondo makes high-quality steelbook art with transparent slipcases. It is great that Best Buy is selling mondo steelbooks, especially one for such a beloved film. This will make a perfect and inexpensive gift for any fan of Highlander. The blu-ray remaster of this film also looks quite nice, but the steelbook is the real highlight.

The Highlander is the end all be all of B-list movies. It has everything you could ask for. The perfect amount of cheese, action, romance, camp, and fantasy. The lead actor can barely speak English, Queen does the soundtrack, and Mr. KRABS FROM SPONGEBOB IS THE MAIN VILLAIN. The 30th anniversary edition has a whole bunch of extras that make this the one worth picking up. 100000000/10

First time I saw Highlander I didn't understand a thing. I had to sit with my mom (I was about 7) and watch it again to scratch the surface of the movie. After that, it was all love. I have waited a long time for a home release of the movie since our Betamax version became obsolete (that's right, a long time). This Blue Ray is beautifully presented, and I can see that the waiting time was worth it.

This is an all-time classic that I think all of us have been waiting to be released on 4K. Mine showed up in great condition with no damage to the slip cover and the discs play perfectly.

A great movie even with a Frenchman playing an ancient Scot and a Scotsman playing a Spaniard. The swordplay is outstanding as well as Queen doing the soundtrack.

And this is it. The blu-ray steelbook release I have been waiting for since 1518! Granted this movie has been around for a while and shows its age even in blu-ray. However it is FAR crisper with much better sound than the original VHS and DVD descendant. The steelbook offering is just icing on the cake. If you are a Highlander fan this is a must-own.

Highlander is a lot of fun. The story is original, the soundtrack rocks and the movie looks really cool too! This new Blu-ray version looks way better than the previous disc and the bonus features are a welcome treat. Definitely worth picking this one up for your collection.

Still a good movie but looks better than ever. I really enjoyed this movie especially with the uhd dolby vision makeover.

I have been wanting a better copy of this movie as the DVD transfer was not very good. Finally a better transfer of this film. The Steelbook was a bit of a disappointment as there is nothing special about it just a metal case with a bluray disk in it.

This had good video quality for a 1080. The audio is just okay. I tried ordering the 4k steelbook just released and it seems to have disappeared. Connery was my favorite part of this.

They fixed the red lettering bleed! Great movie, great extras. Clancy Brown is the best.

Purchased this movie for my son. He loves the Highlander movies, and wanted this one.

The 4k transfer adds a much clearer resolution and a deeper range of colors.

This movie is not great but the combination of the soundtrack just takes it to another level. Lambert is a bad actor but with Freddie belting out Nobody wants to live forever makes me cry everytime.
